Where can I find a toddler harness? VERY IMPORTANT.

My sister is traveling with her twin girls. And on top of it all she has to carry two bags, and her own bag. We were looking around for those harnesses, because her husband will be with all the other bags and one other baby. And we know airports are VERY busy, so if you could not judge about the leashes, she’ll only use them when she absolutely needs to. If you can give me could get an actual place to look, and not an online site, that would be awesome. Thanks. (btw weve already checked at Wal Mart already)
Walmart, Target, K-mart – any mass merchandise store should have them. You could also try Babies r us. They aren’t that hard to find.
The people who are judgemental are those who either don’t have kids of their own (so they don’t understand) or parents of clingy kids that don’t leave their side. We used one for my daughter as she was always running off on us and never wanted to hold my hand…it was a safety issue.
