my chihuahua is pregnant and her temperature is 96.8 & today is 63 day. will she have pups soon?
hi. my chihuahua is pregnant and today is the 63rd day of her gestation period. she is eating and drinking her water and her temperature has been going down all day. she isn’t acting any different and there aren’t any signs of labor. all of her nipples are producing milk and her pups are moving like crazy. she just doesn’t seem as though she is going to have them anytime soon. well if you have any advice, mean or not, i would really appreciate it. thanks

By the way, I hope you’re prepared for a trip to the vet to have a C-section done. Most small breeds like Chihuahuas cannot give birth naturally because they’re so small, and without a C-section, the mother can die.
